3.3:  Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise, and may be changed at the Company’s sole discretion.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS & PAYMENTS

4.1:  Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete order information, including billing and shipping details.
4.2:  The Company shall not be liable for misdelivery, delays, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
4.3:  The Company reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order in cases of suspected fraud, bulk purchasing, or violation of these Terms.
4.4:  Payment methods include debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
COD orders are subject to limitations set forth in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

5.1:  Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.
5.2:  Risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the Customer upon dispatch of the order from our facility.
5.3:  The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

6.2:  A mandatory unboxing video must be provided when making a claim for damage, defect, or missing items.

9.3:  The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Customer for the product in dispute.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Crystiq Co., its parent entity (Psyneo Insights LLP), designated partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your:

• violation of applicable laws, or

• misuse of the Website.

12.1:  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12.2:  In the event of any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding, only the Courts located within Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12.3:  It is further expressly stated that no other Courts within the Republic of India, including the Courts of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, shall have jurisdiction in this regard.
