Return Window​
Our return and refund policy extends for 3 days from the date of delivery. Once this period has lapsed, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange.

Conditions for Eligibility​
To be eligible for a return:​

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory to substantiate any claim of damage, defect, or missing items.

• Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items​
Certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Personalized or customized products

• Gift cards

• Items specifically marked as non-returnable or non-refundable at the time of purchase

Refunds & Order Cancellations

• Prepaid Orders

  • A cancellation made before dispatch will incur a 2% deduction of the total order value.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, a fee of 2% of the total order value + shipping charge will be deducted.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refusal to accept a COD order upon delivery will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

• Frequent Returns/Cancellations

  • Repeated cancellations or returns may result in restrictions or denial of future orders.​
